As soon as an order is placed and the payment has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation of the same. Once the order is shipped, you will receive another order with the shipping and tracking details. Orders that require no customisation will be shipped within 1 week of the order being placed, unless a reason for a delay is specifically mentioned along with the product. Reasons such as -

• If the product will be restocked and will be available within a week.
• If the team is on a break.

Orders that require customisation, will be shipped within 2 weeks of the order being placed. Unless a reason for further delay is specifically mentioned along with the product. In the case of extraordinary circumstances, orders may take longer to be shipped and you will be informed of the delay via email. Circumstances such as -

• Bad weather in Mumbai
• Pandemic, citywide, nationwide shutdown maybe
• An unplanned leave of absence from work
• Something else that may come up
